HRM is a main function of management. It is still in the stage of development and growth, because of that HRM has many challenges. That is why it is tough to tell single clear substructure which suits for the alive separated thoughts. Till now, literature study of HR challenges shows the recent fashion continuously launch by the various researcher according to their real and practical research. For this study most of the published research paper used which are published in leading HR journals. So, in easy words, we can say the extract of these papers were studied for the research. The details observation and classification of overall HR trends with their significance are done in this research study. Categorization of this literature review based on the different qualification authorized the research to find latest areas which are remarkably studied in the study of literature.
