Title

Hybrid Deep Learning for Churn Prediction in Data Mining

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a technology which is widely used to manage interconnection with the probable customers. Many times CRM is used for the technical companies for managing external interactions with customers. In the suggested work, hierarchical clustering and churn prediction approaches are used to manage customers’ data on account of a deep learning technique (Convolution Neural Network). A greater churn management can aid customer relationship management in determination making and opening strong purchaser retention campaigns. The proposal of data mining assists in the prophecy of churner behavior of consumers. Various parameters like accuracy, precision, recall, specificity, F-measure and sensitivity are used in order to study the churn prediction. The information obtained from the discussed technique is used in the deep neural network.
