Rural development is meant to raise the standard of living of their people by providing adequate employment opportunities to about 70% of India's population who lived in villages. Poverty, illiteracy, unemployment and low living standards are the main problems of rural area's people. It is the responsibility of the government to remove these problems. For that Indian government implementing many programmes like swarn jayanti gram swarojgar yojna ,manrega,pradhanmantri rojgar srijan yojna pradhanmantri kausal vikas yojana etc. There are large and scattered population in Indian villages and because of that proper implementation of schemes are not an easy task.
