Lot of skin diseases are common nowadays because of different infection to body. Proposed work will demonstrate the classification of skin diseases using proposed implementation using MATLAB. Matlab is one of the leading software which helps us to design and analyze proposed system for skin disease classification. We used deep learning algorithm for skin disease classification which is based on autoencoders. Two level autoencoder shows better performance compared to the existing state of art techniques. Proposed system is analyzed by both subjective and objective analysis and proved that proposed work performs better in case of huge dataset also
