Title

A REVIEW ON CONCEPT OF UNIFIED CHROMATOGRAPHY

Abstract

The construct of unified action has been in existing when the fifty years work of Giddings proposed that every one has its modes of action (gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography and there on) is also treated along with one unified theory. In the present study we have reviewed the concept, phase behaviour of unified chromatographic mobile phase and several applications of unified chromatography and also discussed about advantages and limitations of unified chromatography.
