A COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF COUMAROYLQUINIC ACID,ASCORPIC ACID,FOLIC ACID,S-OXOCYSTEINE,GLUTAMIC ACID AGAINST DIABETES

Abstract

For thousands of years medicinal plants have played a crucial role in the world. Peoples are depend on medicinal plants which are used for diseases. All the parts of Carica papaya having more biological activities.There is a less report available regarding diabeties studies of carica papaya. So aware that, the aim of this study is designed to highlight the biological activity of carica papaya and ecofriendly. Carica papaya called as pawpaw is traditionally cultivated for fruit. Carica papaya belonging to the genus Carica. It contains the enzyme papain, chymopapain which is biologically active and has medicinal and nutritional values. All parts of the plant like leaves, fruits, seeds, flowers and roots can be used by humans as food and medicinal purposes. carica papya contains more than 21 compounds. All the compounds were taken using pub chem. Nearly 11 compounds were docking with protein 1IR3. Protein 1IR3 identify from protein data bank.1IR3 protein is protect type 2 diabetes. Show here that Carica papaya have moderate inhibitory activity for 1IR3 neuraminidase under docking studies.
