Abstract
Abstract : Over the twenty years, the trend towards stabilization of Industrial Labour has strengthened. A worker today is far more knowledgeable, urban in taste and outlook than his predecessor. A vast majority of worker in cities is committed to factory employment. In older industries, a second or even third generation of worker emerged. The industrial worker of to-day has acquired a dignity not known to his predecessor. He has now a personality of his own. He shares the benefits.
