Concrete is an important composite material use in construction of various structures likes residential and commercial buildings, retaining wall, water tank, dams, reservoir, barrage, bunkers etc. To provide better efficiency, reliability, durability and load absorbing capacity to structure, High strength Concrete (M40, M50) is using effectively. High Strength Concrete is suffered from the crack due to poor tensile strength, stress and environmental condition, result is short life of structure. So for remove the defect of crack from the concrete and provide better efficiency, bacillus sphaericus a gram positive bacteria was used to induced the precipitation of calcite. This Phenomenon is very economical and free from pollution. The prepared concrete is tested for strength and durability purpose under high and low temperature. SEM and XRD test was used to find out the role of microorganism precipitation for improving the strength and durability of concrete. Rebound hammer, Spilit test and RCPT was also done for finding the characteristics of bacterial concrete.
