This paper is application of text to speech technology and multisensory approach to nursery school pupils learning English language in Anambra state, Nigeria. Some children find it difficult to read comprehension while in nursery school because of so many factors; the child may be virtually impaired, dyslexic or method of learning is difficult not fun, teachers find it very difficult to carry every child along due to certain reasons; especially time factor. A desk top based application that provides interactive and child friendly interface that assist nursery pupils in learning English was developed and also an application that helps the virtually impaired and dyslexic pupils was developed. Objected Oriented Analysis and Design methodology was adopted with C# programming language. Microsoft Access database was used for data manipulation and queries.
