Testing is a significant activity in the process of software development to discover the software defect. Testing can be performed both manually and automatically. During the process of software development and software testing, different kinds of metrics are gathered. These metrics provide a quantitative approach for analyzing any software engineering process. This study article focuses on automation testing's efficacy and significance.
