In this highly competitive global business space, the aim of the manufacturing industries is very long-term sustainable system. In this study first we have started to step wise activation of methodology ,hence firstly we go through the safety measures and make it possible for all the workers to reach the first ad at least at the time of bad situation secondary the data we have about the company is that the Rs 358703 has been wasted in implementing the wastage management and which is very high as compared to the data of annual profit hence we have changed the way wastage can recycled and due to is merely 35% changed then after we have go through the inventory and the manufacturing management after seeing the very crucial changes in the machinery and better responsibility management the profit has rose to the Rs 897000 to peculiarly Rs 1200000 which is much better result about 49.28% . and we have make it very easy to the labour to work in very friendly manner . The main thing is that the labours has have his responsibility toward the machine they are operating and hence the safety as well as the responsibility has been given this is the very best thing which has improved and makes the company profitable .this is all the report I have submitted and hoping the better result in next future .In this thesis report we have visited the various company to see the process and hence after going to the BHUSHAN STEEL LIMITED we have find the tremendous opportunities that make the thesis very logical.
