Special Economic Zone (SEZs) is a concept in which government provide lots of facility like liberal policies, special concession and a separate law to the member to promote countries economic and social position. The law applicable in SEZs is different from the law of country. The investors who invest in SEZs would have the responsibility to benefit the country financially and socially from the production done by them. The SEZs in India is developed on the basis of China but in India it is not an easy task because here the government facing many protests again SEZs. No doubt, implementation of SEZs brings lots of positive result to develop our country growth but opponent also have many genuine reasons.
