Pesticides are a collection of chemical compounds formulated to kill or withstand a pest or prevent its reproduction. In this article we evaluate the toxicological and epidemiological findings; describing the common pesticide capacity exposures and associated health risk. In this article we evaluation the toxicological and epidemiological findings; describing the commonplace pesticide potential exposures and related health dangers. It changed into found that utility of pesticides was the primary defensive degree towards the attacks by using devastating pests. Vegetables mostly found to be contaminated were okra, brinjal, lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Insecticides discovered in maximum of the vegetable samples in the preliminary observations had been Chlorpyrifos, Monocrotophos, and Lindane and so forth. Clinical significance are studied, and recommendations are made with respect to environmental health, public health education, and practice, research, and policy makers. Recommendations for pesticide elimination and reduction in health care conditions are included.
