The world is moving very fast on the way to digitalize. At present, digital innovations can be seen everywhere in education, transportation, trade and commerce, farming, etc. It has also changed the face of the medical sector. The technology is used to serve the human since his very inception in mother’s womb till the last breath of his life. Today this technology is assisting very well in diagnosis and cure of diseases. Digital innovations have revolutionized the medical sector and shaped the ways for combating disease and making people healthier in the future. Although digital technology is making medical services advance, still some critical issues and challenges threatening to human health, wealth and the environment remain. This paper is aimed to highlight the recent digital innovations in the medical, their impacts on human health and the environment. The research methodology adopted is descriptive and non-empirical.
