Title

Environmental Parameters Monitoring based on Internet of Things and Statistical Analysis

Abstract

As of late, we have seen extraordinary development in industrialization, urban communities, and population, which possess a high risk to our surroundings. With the most recent advances in Internet of Things, we can monitor the natural variables without any difficulty. Both subjective and quantitative discovery of parameters in every natural arrange has consistently been a test. This work proposes the utilization of Internet of Things to screen diverse natural components like air quality, temperature, humidity, light ,atmospheric pressure rain and dust. Utilizing Internet of Things the information from sensors can be consistently gathered and analyzed. In this way, the identification of strange environmental parameters can help in decreasing the environmental problems and work towards providing better surroundings. The system consists of two sensor nodes and a gateway. The gateway collects readings from sensor nodes at regular intervals and then shares that data for private channels so that we can analyze the data and make the appropriate decisions. The values for environmental parameters are predicted using the dataset and the higher officials in that area can be notified if the actual values are beyond the protective range. The results and performance of the proposed system are discussed.
