DIFFERENTIALS IN SELF REGULATION OF ADOLESCENTS

Abstract
The present study was taken up to the study of Self- regulation of adolescents. Survey method was adopted for this investigation. 300 adolescents were selected by random sampling technique at Coimbatore District in Tamilnadu, India. Result revealed that there is no significant differentials with regard to gender, area of living and medium of instruction. But there is a significant difference among adolescents studying in government, government aided, private schools in their self-regulation and there is a significant difference among adolescents studying in girls, boys and co-education schools in their self-regulation.
