Title

Sales lead generation

Abstract

Sales lead generation is being used across various fields of services and products for generating more business sales compared to traditional business methods. Continuous innovation in modern technology and internet-based services has led to exponential growth of business irrespective of geographical and financial constraints. Sales lead generation has led to discovery of potential or prospective customers with help of internet or online services like product/service inquiries, price estimation, features and purposes. Sectors like real estate use lead generation for prospective home buyers or investors, automobile sector for on-road price estimation, maintenance charges etc. In this research paper we will see how various sectors and businesses are utilizing this platform by engaging the customer to build a better relationship with them as well as the companies getting benefitted by this new touch point of lead generation.
