In the formal way to refer our planet that our world is surrounded by 3/4th of water and other areas surrounded by land. But nowadays those words got turned out and I will say a new format has been emerged that, our world has been fully surrounded by World Wide Web. Our daily life was merged with an internet. There was a drastic development in human life but it is adduced with some inhuman activities. Positive approach is developing regarding cyber arena simultaneously with the negative one, which enumerates that the cyber attackers were developing faster than the cyber makers. This results the hacking of privacy. Even though the privacy is the right and settled by many judicial precedents, it was not appropriate and absolute. The laws are there to protect the right to privacy. But there is a speculative need of prevention and protection in the cyber world from the cyber offences like identity theft, hacking and the offences related to right of privacy.
