In MANET, topology changes frequently due to the continues movement of mobile nodes with battery drainage. Here, use of efficient energy and mobility acknowledgement are the major problems. In this paper, these two problems will be discussed to increase network lifetime by using Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)to develop a clustering algorithm with multiagent stochastic parallel search method.By selecting the long time survived cluster head , the condition of mobility, residual energy and node degree can be improved. Cluster formation is done by many objective function based on particle swarm optimization.
