Title

Employee Engagement And Organisational Behaviour Management

Abstract

Commitment is a buzzword that is becoming increasingly popular in the psychology of work / organizations. Based on a "positive psychology" commitment is perceived as a valuable condition for employees, as construction research has shown that it can be achieved with some organizational tactics (Ex. human resources policy, procedural justice) and positive results (ex. Growth, cost reduction, absenteeism). Reviews of the literature on involvement, which is common in some known cognitive / emotional constructs. Positive psychology is not a novelty in behavioural analysis (Luthans, Youssef & Rawski, 2011), which has many applications in the area of organizational behaviour management to create an "employee" of workforce and culture.
