Abstract: The Aim of this kind of thesis was assessing the entrepreneur intension of Perspective graduate student of Rift Valley University in the case of Sidist kilo Campus. And on this thesis study my N=339 is taken by simple random technique among graduate student of Rift valley University Sidist Kilo Campus and analyzed and described by qualitative data. Most respondents replied that they would like to start their own business. As the students responses of Rift Valley University Sidist Kilo Campus the respondents, most of them replied that the reason that motivates them to start their own business is to be the need for independence. That is they want to be their own bosses. On the other extreme, gaining recognition from the society was considered as the least important reason among the respondents. That is the culture of valuing recognition from the society did not yet developed.
