This research paper mainly focuses on studying the effectiveness of Brain based Learning Programme on enhancement of Organizational skills of pre-service teachers. For the identification of learning styles of the pre-service teachers a standardized test constructed by Dr. Venkataraman (SOLAT) was used. The sample selected for the study was identified with two dominant learning styles out of the five learning styles. A teacher made Self Evaluation Rating Scale test was administered for the quantitative evaluation of Organizational skills. This study implies that the use of brain based learning programs based on learner’s learning style is effective in enhancing Organizational skills of pre-service teachers.
