Globalization and electronic commerce are intertwined because e commerce is a consequence of globalization. It indicates increasing cross border trade that happens between countries and territories. The removal or reduction of restrictions in of tariffs and import quotas enables this kinds of trade more easily.. One major relationship between e commerce and globalization is the fact that the ease of transportation of goods and services across international borders facilitated by globalization makes it easier to trade internationally.. So this paper aims to analyses the impact of globalization in e commerce and also the researcher aims to analyze law relating e commerce and the loopholes in Indian laws
