The study of the texting behaviour of Mizo youth is an important subject because Mizo society ought to understand the behaviour of its youth and young children to make society safe and secure for they are the next generation of the society. Especially, when the new technology has been emerged from every nook and corner and the youth are so influential that they would easily turn away with the new technology (mobile phones & text messages). To understand the possible effects that mobile phone texting brought to the youth and to make Mizo society resistant to the bad effects of mobile phone texting is the scope of this paper
