Title

A STUDY ON CUSTOMERS AWARENESS, BUYING BEHAVIOUR AND SATISFACTION LEVEL TOWARDS ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICES WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO COIMBATORE CITY

Abstract

The buying behaviour among the customers have been increased because of growth of online customer’s base. The research says that the buying behaviour has been increased due to the gift cards, discounts, offers of the product are offered by a retailer. Online shopping will become more successful in future and it is necessary to spread awareness about the usage of plastic card payment system and to purchase through online shopping safely. Online shopping has become more enjoyable and easier than the real world shopping. The biggest challenge for the online retailers is to understand the customer needs and to satisfy their needs. The benefit of online shopping is to create a value for their customers. E-consumers decision making is mostly aware about an Advertisement, TV, and Newspaper. The customers are highly satisfied with online shopping.
