Data analysis is evaluating data using analytical and statistical tools to discover useful information and aid in business decision making. Data analysis is a process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions and supporting decision-making. Data analysis is a part of a larger process of deriving business intelligence. Data Analysis Process is nothing but gathering information by using proper application or tool which allows you to explore the data and find a pattern in it. Once the data is collected, cleaned, and processed, it is ready for Analysis.
