The decision sparked a heated debate over the social value of teaching English as well as the best times and methods for doing so. The primary justifications for the decision were to combat the elitism that results from elevating a "foreign" language over others, as well as to encourage greater enrollment and lower dropout rates. Their educational group's appropriate assistance and their background in Bengali language are the primary factors of this. In actuality, a lot of students have received the best written marks on their English papers, but their speaking skills are lacking. All of this stems from their lack of self-assurance and inadequate assistance to improve their English-speaking abilities.
