Abstract

The menace of substance abuse by young population can cripple any nation. The adolescents who are the future citizens are rendered useless by this awful and highly addictive habit. The article explores the role of parents, school, community and the state to deal with the situation. it also suggests adolescents various strategies to say no to drugs
