Women’s rights are the fundamental human rights that were enshrined by the United Nations for every human being on the planet nearly 70 years ago. Women’s were expected to live a peace and harmony, but after they get married they were ill-treated not only by their husbands, but also by their family members, in today’s world with a stead of education with easy access with a desired and cherished opportunity. Throughout the world, millions of women and girls are denied their human rights, just because they are female. As a brought in realization of the individual identity, in both the genders especially, with a female it’s a fair a sex. Male dominance exists in every door step whether they were educated or uneducated. The women were engaged in their work because of the financial hardship, but they were sexually abused, mental tortures, by their masters, but they are not able reveal the truth because they were living such a life. The Indian Constitution has embodied within itself grounds for gender equality. The fundamental rights, fundamental duties and directive principles together work towards shaping polices and putting safeguards not just for women empowerment in India but also protection. “Human rights are Women’s rights and women’s rights are human rights, once and for all.” -Hillary Clinton
