Title
Design and characterization of matrix tablet of Prazosin HCl
Abstract
The main objective of present investigation was to formulate and evaluate sustained release matrix tablets of Prazosin Hydrochloride to improve patient compliance by reducing dosing frequency.Sustained release matrix tablets of Prazosin Hydrochloride was prepared by wet granulation method. Natural polymers like Xanthan Gum and Sodium Alginate was used as release controlling polymers.
