Micro Finance and Institutional Credit Abstract :- Providing financial service to the poor and under privilege population of the society has been the top priority on the agenda of various anti poverty programmes introduced by the Government of India took greater interest of to implement subsidy linked rural development programme and entrusted to the formal financial institutions in the implementation of these programmes. But there formal financial institutions in spite of the best efforts failed to meet the poor sections of the society, due to lack of information, moral difficulty and execution problem. As we are aware, institutional credit is one of the powerful instrument for eradication of poverty. Micro finance in India has been in practice, through of two modes of credit delivery to the poor and households of below poverty line. self help groups Bank linkage programmes and the micro finance institutions. The study mainly consider with micro finance and institutional Credit. micro finance self helps groups micro finance plagiary important role in alleviating poverty. micro finance to the rural SHGs is a one of the mode to strengthen the income earning capacity, improve the standard of living of the rural and semi urban peoples. The self help groups directly help full for in improving the conditions of the rural populations and uplifting the economic condition of the nation as well.
