A typical building construction process runs through three main consecutive phases; design, construction, operation. The process of building construction is located between both the design and the operation phases and construction stage. While analysing a multi-storey building frame, conventionally all the probable loads are applied after modelling the entire building frame. But in practice the frame is constructed in various stages. The stages of building construction vary with respect to activities and procedures. This paper represents a procedure of analysis of irregular building and small effort towards the wide study of construction phases of buildings. Having traditional loading and special type of load cases during the various steps of construction.
