Transition metal complexes of Co(II) with nitrogen and Sulphur containing donars such as paramethoxy phenyldithiocarbamate and orthomethoxyphenyldithiocarbamate are characterized on the basis of structural, magnetic and spectral data. These complexes have been thoroughly investigated by means of physicochemical method. The present work deals mainly with the studies of bonding and structures in Co(II) complexes which is based on valence band theory. The magnetic susceptibility of these complexes are observed using Gau Balance method.
