Title

PILOT STUDY ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ICT INTEGRATION IN TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMS IN PATNA

Abstract

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teacher training programs has gained significant importance in recent years. This pilot study examines the effectiveness of ICT integration in teacher training programs in Patna, India. The research focuses on how ICT tools enhance pedagogical skills, improve teacher preparedness, and influence teaching-learning outcomes. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the study assesses the impact of digital resources, online learning platforms, and smart classroom techniques in teacher education. The findings aim to inform policymakers, educators, and institutions on the best practices for ICT-enabled teacher training.
