Abstract
In order for firms to establish and maintain a competitive advantage, concerns of customer happiness and measurement are key considerations. It is well acknowledged that firms who incorporate consumer expectations into their marketing mix in order to gain client loyalty and profit reap the benefits of this practice. By assessing customer satisfaction, organizations obtain not just insight into their customers, but also insight into their competitors in the market.
