In Cuddalore district women are constituted 132,306 lacks while India has female population 48 percentages. Despite these percentages in state and central level their development and progress are not yet determined strongly by them on account of several visible and invisible social, economical and political problesm.Since 1947 onwards India have been facing several administrative problems, political problems and social problems due to the drastic affect of British Raj administration, several governments were headed and ruled in India after 1947 toward make changes in the following fields but fifty percentages reformative works are done but twenty percentages reforms were not able to make by these administrators though women were facing still lot of problems as inexpressible as inescapable .Since they are familiar in these problems they initiated new types of works, occupation, business with an aim to empower ,encourage and motivate themselves for attain self sufficiency in their life even in Cuddalore district as well as in entire India ,they might have been forgotten if they face those problems one day and one month but they have been facing continuously these problems without solutions because most of these problems are caused and raised from the male sections from ordinary citizens to rulers so, the situations keeps them at changeless points as they are not able do anything and struggle with male dominated societies .For an alternative to those problems they are resumed and initiated entrepreneurship attitudes ,in which several women in cuddalore district are doing several types of jobs without any social shyness with an aim to fortify their survival and livelihood .
