The subject of our research is the impact of Mobile Phone use on success in the higher education process of the COVID-19 situation in the State of West Bengal. The three objectives we have studied are- to know the impact of mobile phone use on success in the higher education process in the present situation, to know about the positive effects of mobile phone use on success in the higher education process in the present situation, to know about the negative effects of mobile phone use on success in the higher education process in the present situation. The results I obtained through the online Questionnaire through Google From and Pre-structured interview are –1. In Higher Education level 98.5% of students continue the study by Online class by using Mobile Phone. Only 1.5% of students use another device to continue the study through Online class. 2. In Higher Education level 49.5% of students are ‘ Strongly Agree’, 43.6% of students are ‘ Agree’ and 6.9% of students are ‘ Neutral’ with the thought that their study would be hampered if there is no Mobile Phone in the present situation. 3. In the Higher Education level, 14.4% of students are ‘ Strongly Agree’, 45.5% of students are ‘ Agree’, 26.2% of students are ‘ Neutral’, 10.9% of students are ‘ Disagree’ and 3% of students are ‘ Strongly Agree' with the thought that the development of the higher study is increased with the help of Mobile Phone. 4. In Higher Education 23.3% of students are ‘ Strongly Agree’, 54% of students are ‘ Agree’, 18.3% of students are ‘ Neutral’, 3.9% of students are ‘ Disagree’ and 0.5% of students are ‘ Strongly Agree’ with the thought that all the students should use Mobile Phone in higher study. 5. At the Higher Education level, 24.3% of students are ‘ Strongly Agree’, 48% of students are ‘ Agree’, 20.3% of students are ‘ Neutral’, 6.9% of students are ‘ Disagree’ and 0.5% of students are ‘ Strongly Disagree’ with the thought that the students are being hampered physically and mentally with the excessive use of Mobile Phone in Present Time.
