This project deals with Precasting Concrete Lid process which involve the time and cost reduction method with actual production data. Precasting a product with better quality with good strength at affordable price boost precast industry to match customer requirement and meet client target. This study involves Precasting concrete lid with Hydraulic press machine which eliminates the error like maintaining dimension (Diagonal dimension) in mold casing , fitting C- clamps with base plate, fastening nut and bolt for assembly of mold casing, applying rubber strip layer at bottom part on mold casing, lifting lid with scissor clamp for demolding a lid from a mold casing. As precasting concrete lid by hydraulic press machine leads better strength as dry concrete (zero slump) is used and demolding operation is perform by two hydraulic cylinder which leads to higher productivity rate with negligible corner breakage.
