Title

Morse Code Detection Using Eye Blinks

Abstract

A new approach for Morse code method with its translation within the English dialect is done. The Morse code is produced with the assistance of the eyes. Each time a person/user flickers his/her eyes an yield of sprint and speck is created which is Morse code. OpenCV and Dlib libraries are utilized with facial point of interest location for eye squint location.
