The public sphere is the arena where citizens comes together,exchange opinions regarding public affairs discuss,deliberate and eventually form of public opinions.In North Malabar society,library as a centre of social transformation and also this space were people come together as citizens and articulate and their ideas and strengthened or influence the political institution of society.
