An essential part of managing purchase requisitions and orders is the possibility of proper management of the goods receipt, which is one of the most crucial elements that make up a supply chain. This guide focuses specifically on the ways to improve the processes of purchase requisitions & orders to increase the viability of goods receipt. This research examines how much purchase requisition and order control are vital in the receipt processes that optimise the supply chain. Analysing the concept of enhanced business technologies and the research findings, which discussed how they influenced the utilisation of resources and the decrease of variations and inaccuracies of information. It also tackles issues that are recurrent in processes such as requisitions and orders, approval processes and reproducing errors, which cause drastic supply chain disruptions and high costs. The evaluation leads to future recommendations on documentation and control procedures, and methodology on handling discrepancies for stronger and efficient inventory control and operation. The work of the research is to highlight the recommendations on how to avoid the common problems associated with procurement and goods receipt management and present practical solutions. This guideline offers a systematic framework to address purchase requisition and order process, especially when identifying itself in the purchase order management process of an enterprise
