Design and analysis of composite power shaft for industrial applications The business is exploring stuff so as to get reduction of weight while not important decrease in vehicle quality and responsibility. Composite materials are utilized in automotive elements due to the properties like low weight, high specific stiffness, corrosion free ability to provide complicated shapes, high specific strength and high impact energy absorption etc The objective of gift work the standard steel shafts is replaced with fiber composite transmission shaft. This work deals with the solid modeling style, comparative analysis of standard and fiber strengthened composite shaft. The balance characteristics of standard and fiber strengthened composite shafts with twisting moment or force, buckling ,and reduction of weight were investigate using Hyper mesh, ANSYS, Helius composite and solid works.
