Gender prediction and Age estimation from face images has become useful in an extremely large number of applications. Since the advancements in social media, this topic has attracted various researchers and engineers. Even though there are many existing methods, the accuracy of these methods is still low on real world face images. This paper summarises the various methods of gender prediction and age estimation using deep learning. Various CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) architectures, trained and tested on various datasets are considered and their accuracies are compared
