This research work is based on a study that was carried out to analyse satisfaction levels among undergraduate students in affiliated colleges of Panjab University located in Chandigarh with respect to online teaching – learning methods adopted during COVID19 pandemic. Various factors affecting the satisfaction were also studied and an attempt was made to understand the impact of these factors. Purpose of carrying out this study was to understand issues faced by students during this mandatory online learning imposed on them during COVID19 pandemic and how these affected their learning pattern. Findings of this study can help in addressing these issues so as to make e-learning more and more effective.
