In this paper, we discuss about the after sequel of a modelled open culvert flow through a penetrable media (River). In this representation, we appraised water as an adiabatic fluid and the flow is steady and uniform. Here we are assuming the flow pattern is laminar and the system is isothermal. By using some mathematical operational, we reduced the momentum PDE to ODE and plotted on a graph using MATLAB to show the sequel of penetrable on flow variables such that pressure gradient, velocity and height of the culvert. Here we construct that the velocity of the open culvert decreases with an increase in penetrable. Also, an increase in the height of the open culvert after effects is increases in velocity of flow in the open culvert. We also construct that when the pressure decreases the penetrable of an open culvert will increase.
