Consumers are relying on the digital world more than ever and industries are required to adjust their strategies and change towards digital transformation with much more urgency than before. Spending and buying habits amongst Indian consumers have transformed during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive data analysis through an online questionnaire. In India, the online shopping market has had a difficult start, but in recent years started growing rapidly.
