The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the stock market price of Nepalese Life Insurance Companies for the period 2014/15 to 2018/19. It is based on pooled cross-sectional data of five life insurance companies for 5 years whose stocks are listed in Nepal Stock Exchange. It was discovered that there is a positive association between P/E ratio, ROE, and BVPS utilizing descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis. The DY has a negative relationship with the price of stocks.
