In today’s world, real estate is one of the most significant investments, especially in a city like Mumbai, which happens to be a dream city for many people to work and settle in. Therefore, knowing the real-time value of a house is very important before you finance your hard-earned money on any property. The main objective of this paper is to predict the current market price of a home in Mumbai. Factors like the number of bedrooms, availability of different types of amenities are taken into account while doing so. This prediction is to help a customer look for viable options which are more suited to their requirements. We have used the Linear regression model to predict the cost of the various houses in question. This model eliminates the need to consult a broker, thereby additionally helping the customer.
