The objective of present study was prepared Aceclofenac loaded gelatin microspheres enhance the solubility of ACF drug. prepared by cross linking technique using central composite design, The name of independent Variables are gelatin X1 and gluteraldehyde X2 and studied dependent variables are in vitro drug release study after 12 hours, swelling index, percentage yield, drug entrapment efficiency. Formulation of ACF microspheres using gelatin as a controlled release polymer and Gluteraldehyde used as cross linking agent prepared 9 formulations F1-F9 with different ratio.
