Background-Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder of skin commonly known as leukoderma which occures due to deficiency of melanin pigment. Object-Treatment of vitiligo with homoeopathic medicine. Case report- A 26 years old male patient with vitiligo around his nape of the neck and dorsal surface of the hand was considered as the subject of the present study. Based on his totality of Symptoms, constitutional medicine Lycopodium 1M to 10M, was able to fully cure within 8 months. Conclusions- A 26 years old male with Vitiligo was treated with individualized homeopathic medicine. It is believed that homeopathy is effective in treatment of Vitiligo with careful selection of medicine as per the totality of the symptoms of the patient.
